The Role : Business Development Manager – Property Management The Brief : Drive the growth of residential property management opportunities in the Lake Macquarie and Newcastle markets. Key Responsibilities Grow the residential property management portfolio across Lake Macquarie & Newcastle Prospect warm and cold investor opportunities Attend sales open inspections (Saturday availability is a must) Meet with landlords and investors to present management services Assist with rental appraisals and client proposals Manage leads from enquiry through to signed management/leased Build relationships with sales agents, referrers and repeat investors Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline activity Stay across local market trends and investor movements Why This Role Makes Sense BIG brand presence and trusted RE name within the marketplace Operating in high-growth, high-demand investor territory Applications welcome to all levels of experience across the industry including Property Management/Sales/New Business Managers (ideally 1yrs experience at a minimum) ZERO property management portfolio expectations Work closely with the internal Sales and Property Management teams, utilising buyer activity and investor enquiry e.g Warm Leads!
